Q: Why is Elan a FREE service for renters? 

 A: Elan earns a commission from the landlord or property manager of a unit, which is why we are a FREE service to renters.  

Q: What can Elan do for me?  

A: Whether you are a renter, landlord, buyer, or seller, Elan can help you solve your real estate needs.  Here are the ways we can work for you.  You can:

1. Give us a call at 773.698.8383 and explain your needs to our friendly and knowledgeable operator, who can put in motion a solution for you by matching you with one of our agents. 
2. Send us a quick email explaining your needs to info@elanrealtygroup.com.
3. Search our robust online database of rental and sales properties in Chicagoland.  Our database has our up-to-date inventory of available units.  We have all types of apartments, condos, and new constructions/conversions for you to browse through.  While you're browsing, you have the option to create an account to store properties you like.  Once you've made your selections, you can give us a call or send us an email, so we can schedule a time to show you the properties you'd like to see.  Once we've scheduled a time, we can either meet you at the property or, if you prefer, we can meet you at our office and drive you to your showing(s).  IT'S THAT SIMPLE!

Our office is conveniently located in Roscoe Village/Lakeview West and there is plenty of street parking available.  You can leave your car at our office or come to our office by CTA (Brown Line "Addison" stop, Addison Avenue bus "Lincoln" stop, or Lincoln Avenue bus "Addison" stop).
