1. Represent you and handle your account.  Your agent will be your primary point of contact and will always be available to help you.
2. Help you optimize the pricing of your property for maximum return.  Your agent will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis for you and will use his/her expertise to help you arrive at the best pricing decision.
3. Provide suggestions for renting your unit faster, e.g., implementing quick fix remedies that can improve the appeal of the apartment to prospective tenants.
4. Maximize the exposure of your property by marketing your unit using our state-of-the-art database, posting highly visible ads on Craigslist and about 20 other real estate related websites, promoting your unit to internal clients, and/or placing our proprietary and effective signage on your property if desired. 
5. Show your unit for you, so you don't have to!
6. Handle all the paperwork related to helping you screen prospective tenants, by providing you with their credit reports, employment verification, landlord verification, and background check, if necessary. 
7. Provide the lease and facilitate the lease signing.
